Professional title and professional regulations

The purpose of the partnership is the joint practice of the profession as tax advisors within the scope permitted under professional law, i.e., the provision of professional assistance in tax matters and the performance of activities of a tax advisor that are compatible with the professional law governing tax advisors.

The profession of tax advisors is essentially subject to the following statutory regulations:
• Tax Consultancy Act (StBerG)
• Implementing Ordinance to the Tax Consultancy Act (DVStB)
• Professional Code of Conduct (BOStG)
• Tax Advisor Fees Ordinance (StBVV)
