Professional title: Tax Consulting Practice Company
The profession of tax consultants is essentially subject to the following statutory regulations:

• Implementing Regulation to the Tax Consulting Act (DVStB)
• Professional Code of Conduct (BOStG)
• Tax Consultant Fee Regulation (StBVV)
